I sold my portfolio of properties to Nick. Nick was very easy to work with and did everything he said he would, including closing on time and closing at the price that we agreed upon. There was no curveballs or attempts at re-negotiation throughout the whole process and Nick’s communication was great. I sold my property to Nick in 2017. It was an experience that I would recommend to anyone else that is considering selling their property. I dealt with Nick in the sale of multiple rental units. Since the units were not new, there were many issues needed to be worked out in order to close the deal. With that being the case, those issues were fairly negotiated between the two of us. The sale was finalized with both parties happy with the sale. 

Nick was fair with his requests concerning the units and fair in responding to my requests. In the end we both gave in to various repair issues, etc as we were both happy with the final sale. I wouldn’t have any problems dealing with Nick with any other commercial sales.
